The Gardencare Direct website is operated by the distributor of branded garden equipment products in Ireland. This website is aimed solely at users who access it from Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and UK Mainland only.
As a user you acknowledge your use of this website and any purchase of products is subject to the terms and conditions listed below. We reserve the right to make changes to the website and these terms and conditions at any time.
Purchase of Products
Orders can be accepted for delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and UK Mainland addresses only. Due to our policy, we are only able to ship Gardencare and Huntsman branded products to the UK mainland. Any purchase of other branded goods such as Mountfield, Kaaz, Toro etc will be refunded and the order cancelled.
The price you pay is the price displayed on the website at the time we receive your order. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT payable at the appropriate country rate.
On receipt of your payment we will confirm acceptance of your order by an email sent to the address you have given on your order. Acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right to not supply you at our discretion.
Title to products purchased on this website will pass to you on delivery provided that we have received payment in full for the products.
Gardencare Direct work in partnership with a secure internet payment gateway to ensure all information you give us during the order process is encrypted before transmission via the World Wide Web. If any other internet user should intercept the communication they will only be able to see it in the encrypted form.
All Gardencare Direct products carry a manufacturer’s warranty, the period of which varies according to the product. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and is conditional on the product being serviced at the recommended intervals by a Approved Gardencare Network Dealer.
Qualifying for Gardencare 5 year warranty.
Products eligible for 5 year warranty are all petrol lawnmowers including tractor type.
The warranty covers faults which may occur due to faulty components or workmanship but excludes consumable items, fair wear and tear or defects caused by misuse.
Certain components are covered by their own manufacturer’s warranties. A copy of our full warranty terms and conditions can be obtained on request to the Warranty Department at the address shown below.
Product must be registered at gardencaredirect.com or through a Gardencare retailer; we will undertake to send reminders at 10 month intervals to remind you a service is due on your product to keep it within the 5 year warranty. Machinery must be serviced by an Approved Gardencare Network Dealer.
After each service the product will be warranted for a further 12 months up to a maximum 5 years
We will use the information you provide solely for the purposes of processing your order or enquiry. Details required as part of the payment process for security and validation checks will be passed to Danske Bank. Your name, address and telephone number will be passed to your Gardencare Direct retail outlet to allow them to deliver your order.
Other than the above we will not provide your personaldetails to any third party.
