Training

Our dealers are trained to service and repair all products distributed through our GardenCare dealerships.

Our trained GardenCare personnel work to manufacturers guidelines and only use official manufacturers replacement parts.

Warning

Please be aware that not all websites that sell lawnmowers in Ireland are officially approved by the GardenCare or the lawnmower and garden equipment manufacturers.

As a result we may not be able to assist you should you encounter difficulties assembling or preparing your garden product.

If you purchased it through an unofficial dealer or website in Ireland or in mainland United Kingdom, or elsewhere you should in the first instance contact the company or website where you purchased your product and ask them to repair, replace the product or ask for a refund.

If you have purchased a product from an unofficial dealership or website we reserve the right to charge for any work carried out.
